Things You Need to Know

• Returns: If Items and/or products aren't to your liking and/or too small or too big you will have (5) business days to return them. 

• Exchange: Items must be too big, too small or not properly working. When exchanging items, you must pick product that is the same price. 

• Warranties: After Items have been received there is a 24-hour (1 Day) warranty. We ARE NOT responsible for any damages beyond 24 hours. 

• (PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PICTURES OF HOW YOU RECEIVED ITEM(s) AS WELL AS HOW THEY LOOK WHEN TRIED ON. NO REFUNDS UNLESS THOROUGHLY REVIEWED AND APPROVED) 

• Shipping: We ship to ALL locations. There will be a $15 shipping fee plus price of product. (Shipping may take up to 10 business days and you will be PERSONALLY notified, BUT we push for a 3–7-business day shipping to better serve you)

• Privacy: To protect yourself from others please be sure to not save any cards EVEN IF ASKED unless you have JLLC'S promo/gift cards.
